Refund or Return Policy.

All Products are final sale, are NOT RETURNABLE and are not eligible for returns.

If the item does not fit (ring, bracelets or necklaces), we have a "7 days after arrival" exchange policy for resizing. Please contact us before returning an item.

It must also be in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item.

Our policy lasts for 7 days after arrival. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you the exchange. All of our items are inspected before shipping.

All of our pieces are handmade, with the utmost care, and we want to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If there is any problem with your order or if the item is defective, was damaged in shipping, or if there are missing items in your purchase, please send us feedback by email. Include your name, order number, registered email, a receipt or proof of purchase and product details + images to: phu.accesorios@gmail.com We will contact you as soon as possible.

Once you submit a request, you will receive further return instructions. Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed. Your satisfaction is our priority and we will respond as soon as possible.

We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will send a confirmation and provide store credit or exchange your item.

If the refund is approved when evaluating your case, the amount corresponding to taxes and/or administrative expenses of your order will not be refunded.

We do not authorize credit card refunds directly with the bank.

We work with USPS for all transportation processes. We will send a confirmation when an item ships, but we are not responsible for late deliveries and it is not a reason for a return or exchange. If your delivery is delayed, please view your tracking number to verify with the transportation provider. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, ONLY STORE CREDIT with the amount of the product that will have an expiration date of 1 year.
